The restaurant, which is located in an old petrol station on Shoreditch High Street, is a new concept designed by restauranteur Robert Newmark.
It serves Buttermilk Fried Chicken, American Smoked Ribs a variety of burgers. On the drinks menu has multiple flavours of Aperol Spritz and Vodka Slushies.
The design of the restaurant is inspired by America’s famous Route 66 highway between Chicago and Los Angeles and will feature a heavy black door with a reclaimed brass porthole window, and a courtyard with cacti.
Newmark, who also owns West Thirty Six in London’s Kensington, told BigHospitality that he is already looking to expand further.
“It's really good to have recently opened restaurants in two distinct market sectors. We have identified further properties and we are looking forward to building them out over the next 18 months,” he said.
