The 22-cover restaurant event, which sees diners fastened into seats and raised 25 meters above the city, will take place between 17 and 30 September at St. Katherine Docks in London.
Chefs will serve signature dishes that will be paired with Villa Maria wines.
Doherty said: “London is now one of the leading food cities in the world. As if that wasn’t enough, we took it to another level with London in the Sky.”
Aikens added: “It will be great to give guests the opportunity to experience the restaurant both on land and in the sky.”
Events in the Sky’s Dala Agar expects the two-week event to be a success.
“The inaugural London in the Sky event was so successful that we’ve decided to extend the event to two weeks this year offering the public this once in a lifetime experience to enjoy the finest cuisine served by some of the Capital’s most talented chefs,” he said.
Diners will experience views of popular London landmarks including Tower Bridge and the Shard.
Other chefs in the 2015 line-up include: Robert Ortiz, Sophie Michell, Michael Reid, Calum Franklin and Chantelle Nicholson, with more to be announced.
