In Operation with...La Tasca

In the second video in our In Operation with... series we visit the Covent Garden branch of La Tasca to find out more about the workings of the Spanish restaurant group.

The restaurant was re-opened in April of this year following a revamp of its restaurant design and food and drinks menus and, as operations director James Picton says, is a 'test-bed' of new ideas for the company.

Here Picton, who is part of the management team running the business following its restructure in 2012, talks through what is considered integral to La Tasca's success, where it sits in the market and how it is looking to evolve and grow in the future.
