The Buenos Aires inspired restaurant group, which opened its first UK site in Guildford in 2011, has grown to 13 sites and isn't stopping there.
"By the end of this year we'll be up to 17 sites, which is eight openings this year," says Hall. "Our future plans are to continue growing at that pace. We're aiming to open eight to 10 sites over the next three to four years which will take us to about the mid 30s to 40 restaurants and that's where we want to be."
Hall attributes CAU's success to three things - its people, technology and its trusted food and wine suppliers.
