The company will manage DoubleTree by Hilton in Manchester and Leeds, and the Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Bristol, Birmingham and Glasgow on behalf of MCAP Global Finance Ltd, bringing an additional 1200 rooms to the group.
Valor now manages 17 properties across the UK on behalf of the asset management firm.
Brian McCarthy, managing director of Valor Hospitality Europe said: “This cements our relationship with Hilton and I'm looking forward to doing further work with them.
"We are focused on creating a business where the cornerstones are simple – high levels of employee engagement, exceptional standards of customer service wrapped in great commercial practice. I truly believe this formula combined with the right capital investment will produce strong returns on investment for our owners."
McCarthy said he saw 'plenty of opportunity' in a market that was moving quickly.
"Our immediate growth will come from our strong partnership with MCAP but I see that situation evolving as we start to work with other owners looking for a strategically focused new operator," he said.
Valor Hospitality Europe is an extension of USA based Valor Hospitality Partners, who operate properties on the East Coast of the United States. The brand manages its UK portfolio under a collection of InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) and Hilton franchises.
