The 100-cover restaurant will take the ground floor of the 132-bedroom hotel as part of the hotel group's plans to work with established restaurant brands.
Anthony Worrall, F&B director, UK and Ireland, Hilton Worldwide said: “Hilton Worldwide is delighted to partner with Aubaine at Hilton London Hyde Park. We look forward to joining Aubaine in officially welcoming guests and diners to Aubaine at Hilton London Hyde Park."
Nick Weir of Shelley Sandzer, who worked for Hilton Worldwide to secure the deal, said: “The cosmopolitan restaurant is a perfect addition for the hotel. We are pleased to have secured this well appointed space as it will benefit from the great location and capture a high end consumer from locals and visitors to the capital.”
The news comes in the same week as the opening of a Jamie's Italian at the Hilton London Tower Bridge. The restaurant on the ground floor will see Jamie Oliver's restaurant group offer breakfast in London for the first time.
Worrall added: “It is a pleasure to join Jamie Oliver and his team in officially welcoming hotel guests, corporate and residential neighbours, and visitors to this vibrant inner-London precinct to enjoy the new Jamie’s Italian at Hilton London Tower Bridge.
“We are always looking for ways to diversify and respond to the contemporary preferences of guests and the new partnership has already garnered a positive response. Jamie’s Italian will serve to complement the hotel’s contemporary lounge and bar TwoRuba.
“We continue to evolve and respond to the contemporary preferences of guests, which is fundamental to our business success. Partnering with restaurant brands and insourcing chef talent are some of the ways we are diversifying and providing guests with greater choice."
