The company, headed up by director Ed Halfon, will re-locate its Wellington Street site to a new location at St Pancras early next month before opening a grab-and-go site at Canary Wharf's Jubilee line station.
The final new location of 2015, located at Crossrail in Canary Wharf, is set to open with other bar and restaurant groups in May and will follow the established Notes coffee and wine bar model.
Premium coffee
Former banker Halfon, who joined the company two years ago, said there was growing demand for an operator offering premium coffee during the day and a place to meet in the evening.
"Building a roastery has been our most important investment and is the key way we can differentiate ourselves. As we grow we want to keep that focus on supplying quality coffee to customers," he said.
"We are extremely excited to be moving into these new locations, it is a great opportunity for us to broaden the reach of the brand and contact our core audience in the city. Great coffee has become a necessity of London and we take the quality of our product very seriously, we are confident that all sites will flourish and are looking forward to being part of such exceptional new development."
Expansion plan
Although the new sites are located near or within transport hubs, Halfon told BigHospitality there had not been a strategy to target these areas. "It is more that they have the right demographic for us. They are near office blocks and just presented the right opportunities."
However, the company, which is backed by a conglomerate of investors, is not planning further expansion this year.
"We will probably hold our breaths a bit this year as we don't want to grow too quickly. We want to ensure quality and consistency at our sites, so that's what we'll focus on before pushing forward again in 2016," Halfon said.
Notes St Pancras and Canary Wharf will join the company's existing branches at Trafalgar Square and Moorgate where they will continue to offer 'well-priced wine' with cheese and meat platters in the evening. The company also has its own roastery at Kings Cross and coffee carts in Borough Market, St Giles and Chelsea.
