“It offers a complete suite of hotel management services in the United Kingdom with a dedicated UK-based team of hospitality professionals, delivering significant opportunities to generate higher profit for owners."
UK expansion
The new hotel signings are part of Interstate’s plan to grow its UK hotel portfolio to over 100 properties in the next five years.
In 2013, the company acquired hotel development company Sanguine Hospitality Management, and the Glasgow-based Chardon Management.
Jim Abrahamson, chief executive officer of Interstate Hotels & Resorts, said: "With our established Interstate UK and Europe platforms, the company continues to successfully grow in the region.
“Employing our global knowledge, vast resources and strong relationships with all major international brands, Interstate is well-positioned to deliver dedicated, localized service and exceptional results to hotel owners and developers."
