The awards ceremony took place on 4 December at the ASAP Annual Conference and Awards dinner.
Chairman of ASAP and director of City Apartments David Smith scooped the the Lifetime Achievement award. He was lauded for spotting the ‘potential’ of the serviced apartment sector early on and for being a ‘powerful advocate’ for it.
Other UK prize winners included Marlin Apartments, Staying Cool, and Oakwood Worldwide.
ASAP managing director James Foice said: “The judges were hugely impressed with the quality of entries for the awards this year.
