The 90-cover, 3,925 sq ft venue will recreate the typical Tiger Bills atmosphere, with Thai and Tex-Mex dishes sitting alongside each other and casual dining areas featuring Thai beach scenes and American-inspired décor.
“Tiger Bills Hammersmith offers authentic Thai dishes as well as the full flavours of the western grill meaning that there really is something for everyone here,” a spokesperson for the brand told BigHospitality.
Street food
On the Thai side of the menu, dishes include noodles, curries and stir fries like Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao and Kang Phed Red, while on the Western side, steaks, wraps, burgers and ribs are on offer. As in all other Tiger Bills restaurants, Thai chefs will be preparing food in an open kitchen to emphasise the street food menu.
In terms of drinks, the menu includes wines, sparkling wines and champagnes as well as draught and bottled beers, cocktails and mocktails.
“There is plenty of space for diners to enjoy a drink and food at the bar, too. The surroundings are very comfortable with both table and booth seating to choose from – the perfect place for a quiet dinner for two or larger parties,” the spokesperson added.
Expansion
This is the second Tiger Bills to open in London, after the Tooting location launched in October, and the ninth nationwide.
The brand was created by James Eyre of The Lifestyle Hospitality Group (LHG). Earlier this year, Eyre announced the signing of a master franchise contract that would see the roll-out of nine sites across the capital.
“To ensure every new franchise is a success, we have developed a comprehensive start-up and ongoing support package. We know that to be a successful franchisor and to keep the Tiger Bills brand alive it is essential that our franchisees thrive,” he said at the time.
