The Ealing Park Tavern will be a British gastro pub with a 60-cover dining room. It will also have an open-plan kitchen, a large bar, two private event spaces and a garden outside with three cabanas for customer use.
The venue will have its own purpose-built microbrewery, which is a first for the ETM Group and will produce its own range of beers such as bitters, pale ales, and seasonal brews. The group will employ a ‘brewmaster’ to arrange brewery tours, tastings, and food and beer matching dining options.
The beers produced at the brewery will be sold in the Ealing Park Tavern and supplied to some of ETM's other venues, including The Jugged Hare in the City and The Gun in the Docklands.
Co-founder of the ETM Group Tom Martin said: “We are extremely excited about this launch and to be brewing our own ales for the very first time.
“Ealing Park Tavern will be very much a neighbourhood pub serving the local community with quality food, drink and service as well as an ever-evolving roster of events.”
Fittings and food
The 5,000sq.ft pub is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and refit. On completion, design features will include a polished timber bar, reclaimed timber flooring, and a ‘theatre’ kitchen behind a smoked glass screen. There will be red leather banquette seating as well as tub chairs.
The Ealing Park Tavern will serve British pub classics using seasonal produce from select UK farms and niche suppliers. It will serve separate lunch, dinner, bar snacks and Sunday lunch menus. Average customer spend for a three course meal with wine will be £35.
The pub will have a large list of more than 100 ‘accessible’ wines, including some from its enomatic wine dispenser. It will also serve home-brewed ales, bottled lagers, cider, spirits, and a range of ‘classic’ cocktails.
The Ealing Park Tavern will be located at 222 South Ealing Road and will open in mid-December.
