Five restaurants confirmed for new Broadgate Circle
The Broadgate dim sum teahouse will be Yautcha’s second UK venue after its Michelin-starred Soho flagship restaurant. The brand has taken a 15-year lease on a 7,220 sq ft space.

The Botanist
The Botanist, which has taken the 8,180 sq ft terrace bar on a 20-year lease, will be the latest addition to the ETM Group portfolio, after The Botanist on Sloane Square, The Gun in Docklands, The Jugged Hare, Chiswell Street Dining Rooms in the City and One Canada Square in Canary Wharf.

French restaurant, boulangerie and patisserie Aubaine has taken a 15-year lease on a 2,870 sq ft property, while Lebanese canteen Comptoir Libanais will open its 11th venue at Broadgate, having signed a 10-year lease on a 1,880 sq ft unit.
Shoryu Ramen, which already has four sites across London, will serve its signature Hakata tonkotsu ramen on a 2,120 sq ft, on which it has a ten-year lease.
Advanced negotiations
Broadgate Circle, which closed in 2013 for a £20m development, is now over 90 per cent pre-let or under offer, and the complex is in “advanced negotiations” with a further three operators, leaving just one unit and two kiosks still to let.

The addition of these brands builds Broadgate’s reputation for providing stylish, good quality dining options, and helps attract and retain our office customers throughout the estate.”
The site, located by Liverpool Street Station, will re-open in spring 2015 with 11 brands and an all-day, six-day week offer. The joint venture estimates that 250,000 people pass through Broadgate every day.
Cafes and restaurants already at Broadgate include Gaucho Grill, Arancini Brothers, Rocket, The Liberty of Norton Folgate and Gatti’s, and pubs and bars such as Corney & Barrow, The Fleetwood, Jamies Wine Bar and The White Horse.
