The conference, which is aimed at hotel owners, operators and financiers, will take place at Le Meridien, Piccadilly in London on 26 November.
The speakers will discuss the latest trends in hotel finance and investment, planning and development, landlord and tenant relations, property management and valuation.
UK leaders in hotel development
The companies currently leading the UK in terms of hotel development and investment will be up for discussion at this year’s conference.
Director of Colliers International Marc Finney, relationship director at Lloyds Commercial Banking Tony Burnell, and senior corporate banking manager at HSBC Huw Zachariah will debate which companies are the leaders in the industry both inside and outside of London.
They will cover topics such as which new investments appeal to lenders, income cover and cash flow requirements and important qualifying criteria.
