The all-day dining restaurant and bar will open in the heart of Regent Street’s Food Quarter in the week commencing 10 November, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Inspired by Bread Street Kitchen in the City, the 8,900 sq ft site has been designed by Russell Sage Studios, with 232-covers over two floors, an open kitchen and pass, raw bar, pizza oven, cocktail lounge bar and private room with full media facilities.
Heddon Street Kitchen will also boast some unique features including an ice cream bar and a wine tasting counter using both Bermar wine preservation systems and a Coravin Wine Access System.
Originally from the US, Tampakis was previously senior sous chef at Bread Street Kitchen and has also worked at three Michelin-starred restaurant Jean-Georges in New York and Dinner by Heston at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London.

Heddon Street Kitchen will open on 3-9 Heddon Street, London W1B 4BE in November.
