Four Seasons hotel to open in Ten Trinity Square
The building will undergo a complete restoration commissioned by owners Reignwood before being redeveloped to create a luxury hotel with 98 guestrooms and suites, as well as 41 private residences and a private members club.
President of Reignwood Investments UK Ltd. Songhua Ni said: "Reignwood Group is extremely proud to have acquired and to be restoring London's landmark Ten Trinity Square, demonstrating our long-term commitment to the UK.
“The revival of this building reflects our respect for British culture and history. Through our collaboration withFour Seasons, our aim is for Ten Trinity Square to significantly raise the standard of ultimate luxury hospitality and living in the City of London.”
Old and new
Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will host two gourmet restaurants and a spa. The private residences will be available with between one and five bedrooms along with living spaces, and offer residents service from Four Seasons in their own homes.
The building features neo-classical interiors which are being restored in an attempt to fuse new and old. Ten Trinity Square overlooks the Tower of London so guests will have views of the Thames and Square Mile.
The new hotel will also have a private members’ club in what were originally the building’s executive offices, which will include a business centre, screening room and cigar lounge.
“We’re thrilled to be working with Reignwood Group on the transformation of this unique and exquisite London landmark,” said president and chief executive at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Allen Smith.
“As the city continues to be a destination of choice for the world’s most discerning leisure and business travellers, Ten Trinity Square will be an excellent complement to our two existing hotels at Park Lane and Canary Wharf and expand our presence in this critically important market.”
