The restaurant or bar that takes the site in the grade II listed building will be a focal point in the Piazza level. The Corn Exchange is also host to a number of independent retailers on the Concourse and Balcony levels of the building, which should supply the restaurant with footfall. The building has also recently undergone a complete refurbishment to make the most of the historic setting.
The Piazza level is 13,210sq.ft in size, and is available for one operator running a larger restaurant or bar or can be subdivided into three areas with a central seating area.
Director and head of pubs at Fleurets Simon Hall said: “Leeds Corn Exchange is one of Britain’s finest buildings. It holds a tremendous significance, the Piazza a unique venue ideal for a flagship restaurant venue and leisure experience.”
