Tom's Kitchen to open at St Katharine Docks in August

The fifth Tom’s Kitchen Restaurant and Deli will open in the newly developed Commodity Quay development at London’s St Katharine Docks next month.

Overlooking Central London’s only marina – with a glass façade that opens up to the waterfront area – the 130-seat restaurant will serve local, seasonal food in a relaxed atmosphere.

The menu will be comprised of Tom’s Kitchen classics including Spicy Crab Cake, Seven Hour Confit Lamb and Truffled Macaroni Cheese, as well as changing seasonal specials such as Spatchcock Baby Chicken with BBQ sauce, cucumber salsa and Haddock with sweet corn fritter, parsley and girolles.

A separate private dining room will seat twelve guests, although there will be an option to book semi-private events for up to 50 at the restaurant.

Tom’s Kitchen Deli will be located adjacent to the main restaurant, serving a range of seasonal sandwiches, soups, hotpots and salads on the go.

The main restaurant interior will feature a mix of classic brasserie and modern industrial styles, with leather banquettes, hanging lights and exposed pipes and ceilings. The deli will feature warm timber with a marble bar and tiled walls.

Large canvas portraits of long-standing Tom’s Kitchen producers will be hung throughout the restaurant and deli.
