King, whose company Corbin & King operates London restaurants The Wolseley, The Delaunay, Brasserie Zédel and Colbert, will explain why he is calling for the industry to adopt new working practices and elaborate on those he has put in place at his own restaurants. A Q&A session will give delegates the opportunity to ask him about his experiences as a restaurateur over the past 30 years as well as his company’s future plans.
King and business partner Chris Corbin have been involved with some of London’s most iconic restaurants, including Le Caprice, The Ivy and J. Sheekey, and their company just recently launched Viennese restaurant Fischer’s in Marylebone.
