The show, targeted at buyers and operators in the drinks industry, is returning to London’s Olympia on 1-2 July 2014.
This year, Diageo will host a seminar with brand ambassadors Andrea Montague and James Hill, who will explore ritual serves and drinking trends from around the world.

Sam Bompas (Bompas & Parr), Ally Martin (Talented Mr Fox) and thrill engineer Brendan Walker host a session on creating experience and how environment, sound design, scripting and narrative work in relationship to food and beverages.
Advanced Bartenders Course (July 1st & 2nd, 4pm-5.15pm)
Shaker BarSchools' Amit Sood and Tim Garratt demonstrate how to take your experience, product and cocktail knowledge to the next level. Expect an advanced mixology session covering classic and contemporary cocktails with modern twists and competition-winning recipes.
The Lost Classics (July 2nd, 12.30pm)
Jared Brown, Anistatia Miller and Naren Young take a look at the lost drinks who deserve a place in the classic cocktail hall of fame. Using clever substitutions for lost ingredients, they recreate forgotten drinks which fit current trends.
How to Set Up Your Own Bar (July 2nd, 2pm)
Michael Butt shares expert tips and valuable advice on making the jump and setting up on your own. How to avoid pitfalls, build a thriving business and be successful long-term.
Drinks Creation (July 1st, 1.30pm)
Gareth Evans and Monica Berg of the Jason Atherton Group, explain their approach to cocktail creation and share their tips on how to adapt drinks to suit your venue
Tiki as F*** (July 2nd, 2.30pm)
There will be fire, there will be rum and there will be some violently vibrant shirts as Ian Burrell presents the biggest and best tiki competition this country has ever seen.
