The Liverpool hotel will be the second that Accor has opened under the Pullman brand in the UK, with the first being a 312 bedroom hotel which opened in London St Pancras in 2012.
The Liverpool Pullman hotel will be operated by Branded Hotel Management under a franchise agreement. The hotel will be a part of a new development taking place on the city’s waterfront, at the Kings Dock. It will be styled in a contemporary manner as an addition to the Exhibition Centre Liverpool, integrated with ACC Liverpool.
Chief executive of ACC Liverpool Bob Prattey said: “The Pullman hotel will be the ‘headquarters’ hotel for conferences and exhibitions taking place at ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool, so securing a leading, world-respected brand was imperative for us to ensure a comfortable stay for delegates and visitors. The hotel will enhance the accommodation available in the city and will be a welcome addition to our iconic waterfront.”
