Chefs from the North West join to support Hospitality Action

Five well-known chefs from the North West will be coming together on 9 October at the Bolton Whites Hotel to host a fundraising dinner for Hospitality Action.

The chefs involved are Paul Heathcote MBE, TV chef Andrew Nutter, winner of Channel 4’s The Taste Debbie Halls-Evans, executive chef at The Seafood Company Antony Shirley, and executive chef at Heathcote & Co Jonathon Retallick.

The chefs will be creating a four course menu with matching wine and a champagne and canapé reception to raise money for the charity. Each chef will take the lead on one of the courses and there will be a raffle and auction on the night. Tickets cost £85 and are available now, while all money raised at the event will go to Hospitality Action, the charity that supports individuals in the hospitality industry.

Paul Heathcote MBE said: “Hospitality Action is a charity close to my heart just as the industry is and working with industry personalities such as Andrew Nutter and Antony Shirley is going to be just right. It will be a heart-warming evening full of great food. “

Chief executive of Hospitality Action Penny Moore said: “I am absolutely delighted to have the support of Paul and all of the fantastic chefs involved. Their expertise and experience will undoubtedly make this night a fantastic success. We are looking forwarding to seeing all the chefs combine their personalities and talent to make this a really unique fundraising dinner at Bolton Whites Hotel.”
