Catering equipment specialists Mitchell & Cooper has launched the Nemox Gelato 6K CREA which aims to help chefs craft unique ice creams.

Product details:

The new Nemox Gelato offers four different production programs for sweet and savoury ice creams, mousses, fondants, creams, sorbets, granitas and frozen yoghurt, as well as four storage programs to fit with the characteristics of what is created.

The machine takes 12 to 15 minutes per batch which means ten litres of ice cream can be served every hour. The Nemox Gelato’s speed can be between 55 and 115 RPM and it has a handy drain system and stainless steel blades to make it easy to clean. It also has removable bowls so a new mixture can be processed directly after one has finished.

USP:

The Nemox Gelato 6K CREA is designed to work well in a busy kitchen because it takes a short period of time to produce the frozen product and one can be produced directly after another.

Availability:

Why you should buy it:

The machine can appeal to those with varying levels of ice cream making experience, as chefs can be creative with it or use the ready-to-use mix. It can also be used to create a deal of different products such as frozen yoghurt and sorbets as well as ice cream.
