Gamble Foodservice Solutions launches new heated holding cabinet

Equipment specialists Gamble Foodservice Solutions have launched the latest FWE Dual Cavity Heated Holding Cabinet in the HLC-2127 series which will allows caterers to keep food hot over long periods of time.

Product details:

The cabinet uses a convection heat system to allow heat to radiate throughout its interior which keeps food oven-fresh and guards against dehydration and shrinkage. It has two individual compartments which each has its own set of heating controls.

The HLC-2127-9-9 comes with a stainless steel rack that can accommodate 12" x 20" pans, GN1/1 pans, and GN 2/1 pans and has six adjustable, removable shelves. This means caterers can put in banquet plates, 18”x26” sheet trays, bakers’ pans and other trays and pans of different shapes and sizes.

The cabinet has controls at eye-level and features a full range thermometer and thermostat with a scale of 32°C to 93°C.

The cabinet has been designed to be flexible and can hold a whole range of different sized pans and trays. It is made from stainless steel and is very easy to wipe down and clean, and features a magnetic handle that can be easily opened with full hands.
