Hoshizaki has launched a new range of eco-friendly hydrocarbon-refrigerated fridge and freezer cabinets.

Product details

Hoshizaki's ECO Standard upright cabinets are constructed from stainless steel and available as fridges or freezers, with both single and double door options.

The single model can accommodate up to nine shelves, while the double model will fit 19. Alternatively, chefs can use their own gastronorm pans or trays in the units.

The cabinets feature a digital display and the internal temperature can be adjusted to between +2°C and +8°C on the fridges and between -22°C and -10°C on the freezers.

All units come with castors as standard and both the air filter and refrigeration system are accessible from the front for easy cleaning and maintenance.

USP:

The cabinets use hydrocarbon refrigerants – which are natural, non-toxic and non-ozone-depleting, making them much more environmentally friendly than CFC refrigerants.

Hydrocarbon refrigerants also have excellent thermodynamic properties, making the cabinets more energy efficient than traditional CFC-based units.
