The five-star luxury development, located at St George’s Wharf in Vauxhall, features one bedroom apartments with high standard interiors and views of London and the river Thames.
The development also boasts an on-site luxury spa, gym and massage room, as well as a private cinema, meeting rooms, bar, café and club lounge.
Seventh site
The Tower by Skyline Worldwide is the seventh London site for Skyline, which also has four serviced apartment developments in Canary Wharf, one in Kensington and the recently opened Altitude E1 by Skyline Worldwide in the City.
Thiago Hahn, managing director, Skyline Worldwide, commented: “The Tower by Skyline Worldwide consolidates our recent successes throughout London.
“It provides an additional option to our growing number of business travel clients who want to stay in a modern serviced apartment with a fantastic location with its proximity to the centre of London and first class contemporary interior design.”
Serviced apartment growth
The UK, and London in particular, has seen significant growth in serviced apartments in recent years, and experts predict demand will continue to grow in 2014.
The luxury Cheval Three Quays serviced apartment development opened at Tower Bridge earlier this month, and mid-market brands like StayCity and Think Apartments are due to open hundreds of new apartments over the next few years.
