The live Twitter Q&A session, hosted by BigHospitality in partnership with Knorr, took place earlier today (31 March), with the Rocksalt chef answering all of your tweeted questions, fresh from hosting a masterclass with young chefs at Knorr’s Kitchen Academy.

The Ramsay protégé, who also operates fish & chip restaurant The Smokehouse and recently took the reins at Plum & Spilt Milk in the Great Northern Hotel, was perfectly placed to give career advice; revealing some of his secrets to success.
