The live Twitter Q&A, in partnership with Knorr, will take place on Monday, 31 March at 2pm, with the Gordon Ramsay protégé answering all of your tweeted questions, fresh from hosting a masterclass with young chefs at Knorr's Kitchen Academy.
Sargeant, chef-owner of Rocksalt and Plum & Spilt Milk, is an ambassador for the Craft Guild of Chefs’ Young National Chef of the Year and a previous winner of the senior competition. The chef runs his own restaurant, Rocksalt, in Folkestone along with nearby fish & chip restaurant The Smokehouse.
Last year, Sargeant took over the F&B operations at the Great Northern Hotel in King’s Cross. And all of this makes him perfectly placed to answer your questions about rising to the top.
