New Convotherm 4 steamer focuses on aesthetic design
Product Details: The Convotherm 4 merges a conventional oven with a steamer in a single unit. It is designed to be user-friendly and hygienic and comes in seven sizes, each available in eight basic versions. It aims to create a constant environment in the cooking chamber that works for many different types of food whether fresh, frozen or precooked.
The steamer includes a flexible cleaning concept, which is fully automated and has choice of eco, express or regular mode. It has been designed to be energy efficient with minimum water consumption.
USP: The Convotherm 4 range was redesigned on the basis of intensive discussions with users in the field worldwide. It allows users to choose exactly how to run it as there are two very different control options. The first is easyTouch, which is highly automated, and the second is easyDial which allows for maximum flexibility.
