Fisher has been an influential figure at 3663 since the company was formed in 1999, and has driven revenue growth of £400m since taking the helm.
With experience spanning from food trends, sustainability and healthy eating to technology and the economy, Fisher will share his insights into the key issues affecting the hospitality industry.
Lorraine Wood, director at event organiser Arena, told BigHospitality: “It’s fantastic that Alex Fisher is presenting Arena’s Savoy Lecture 2014.
“He has been an important figure in our industry for a very long time and has led Bidvest 3663 during a period that has seen the industry adapt to rapid change, including, for example, growing technology, the focus on healthy eating and sustainability, and of course recession.
“He is a respected leader and his industry colleagues want to hear his views on how the ever-changing world affects hospitality and foodservice today and in the future.”
