As you would expect from a mojito, the flavour is a blend of white rum, lime juice and mint.
USP:
The product is made using a gluten and nut-free recipe. It is also manufactured in a nut-free environment, is suitable for vegetarians and does not contain any artificial colours or preservatives.
Cost:
A two-litre catering tub has an RRP of £10.35+VAT.
Why you should buy it:
According to New Forest Ice Cream director Christina Veal, sorbets are not just a summer dessert.
She explained: “It’s this time of year when many caterers will be busy with corporate and private parties, events and bookings. What better way to top off your menu than with a dessert combining the exotic rum flavour with the lightness of a sorbet?
“We wanted to highlight that ice cream and sorbets are just as important during the festive season as they are throughout the summer and that they should remain an integral part of any dessert offering. With our vibrant mojito cocktail sorbet, we believe we are able to offer a stand-out product and enhanced point of difference for caterers through the industry.”
