Product details:
The lightweight Rubbermaid X-Cart has been designed specifically for housekeeping operations in a range of locations from five-star hotels to B&Bs and serviced apartments and is available in two sizes - 150 litres or 300 litres. Both versions feature a tear-resistant, black vinyl bag on a powder-coated metal frame that can hold up to 100kgs of bed linen and towels and operators can choose to have two 150 litre bags on a 300 litre frame to allow separation of clean and dirty linens. The cart also features non-marking castors to ensure it rolls smoothly and quietly over a range of floor surfaces and bumper guards to protect the frame from damage during use or storage. When not in use, the cart can be collapsed down to take up minimal storage space.
USP:
Its durability. A spokesperson for Rubbermaid said: "The X-Cart was designed & tested to deliver reliable long-lasting performance. Successfully tested over 10,000 cycles for bag durability (threshold pinch testing) the material will not tear or separate. Additional tests performed were an open/close cycle test, a wall impact test, fall impact test, and drop tests – all of which X-Cart successfully passed without damage to the system. Furthermore, unique features such as the bumper guards help protect the frame from damage during transport or storage."
