Love's Fresh Pasta to open restaurant in South Kensington

Love's Fresh Pasta, the restaurant that allows diners to design their own pasta or pizza dishes and order them via iPads or wall-mounted touch screens, has taken on the lease of a site in South Kensington where it plans to open its second restaurant later this year.

The restaurant concept, owned by hair extension entrepreneur David Gold, will open its second restaurant on the site of the former Café Milan at Old Brompton, South Kensington as part of plans to develop the company into a national chain.

Dean Gambles of Coleman Dean, the company marketing the site, said:  “It’s a perfect site for a business such as this where tables can be turned quickly, staff overheads are kept low due to the ordering process and Love's can capitalise on the footfall the area delivers”.

Customers at Love's Fresh Pasta typically receive their order in less than nine minutes and are able to order, track and pay for their food via the iPads at tables or the touch screens throughout the restaurant.
