The American Diner range includes battered fillets, southern fried Fillets and crispy battered chunks. Plusfood has designed a selection of menu ideas to accompany the new range - from starters and sharing platters to mains and takeaways.
- The American battered fillets can be used to make a range of chicken burgers - for example with mayo and BBQ sauce or buffalo sauce or chilli jack cheese.
- The southern fried fillet can be served with a hash brown, maple bacon and American mustard mayo or in a selection of wraps.
- The crispy battered chunks can be served in a takeaway snack box or as part of an American salad or sharing platter.
USP:
Products in the new range are free-from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and are produced in Europe at Plusfood’s production facility using the company's own poultry.

All the Plusfood products are available directly from the manufacturer.
The battered fillet and southern fried fillet are available in 90g or 125g cases.
