New Forest Ice Cream's latest flavour - Peach Bellini - combines Champagne ice cream with peach puree and sugar pearls to replicate the drink it pulls inspiration from. Part of its dairy range, the new flavour comes in 4 litre and 4.5 litre tubs and is designed to be served as a standalone dessert of an accompaniment to other desserts.
