Product details:
Remote Designer aims to help ‘remote’ businesses design their outlets. Café Design works with clients over a distance, so as to avoid travel costs and reduce time.
Minimum input from the café or coffee shop is required. It can be as straightforward as taking photos of your premises via a mobile phone and emailing them through to the Café Design team.
They will then talk the customer through exactly what information they need before modelling their potential design solution. This can be done through email, phone or a Skype call.
USP:
The service provides a design consultation, a survey and design creation remotely, without having to visit the client.
David Kaye from Café Design said: “It takes away some of the scary bits from the client side. Phoning somebody from 50 or 100 miles away and making an appointment for them to visit you can give them and you a sense of expectation.
“The barriers between the customer and the consultant don’t exist when it’s all done remotely. It’s so much more time-efficient as well.”
Availability:
Remote Designer is available to all cafés and coffee shops across the UK now buy visiting www.café-design.co.uk or emailing info@cafe-design.co.uk.
Design plans are usually turned around within a week, depending on how quickly decisions are made by the business.
Cost:
The cost can vary, but Kaye says for around £1500 you can get a good concept-stage package, but it does depend on the size of the premises and style of the design.
Why you should buy it:
“There are three key words to creating a great design: style, practicality and efficiency. We aim to deliver all three and we can do it all remotely.
“It saves time, reduces cost and produces a professional result.”
