The 88-cover restaurant will be opened in July conjunction with Camden's historic Sir John Soane’s Museum. The restaurant and catering group plans to redesign and refurbish a building in the park in partnership with the museum.

Lincoln's Bar & Kitchen

Benugo Lincoln's Bar & Kitchen will operate seasonally with changing opening hours depending on the time of year. In the summer the restaurant will be open six days a week from 8am to 9pm.

The restaurant itself will feature table service seating for 64 however diners will also be able to choose from a 'grab and go' natural food menu. An outside area will include space for a further 24 covers.

A variety of menus will be on offer in the venue from a breakfast offering, which will include Eggs Benedict and porridge with maple syrup and star anise poached plums, to a restaurant menu which will be available all day and will feature main meals with an average price point of £10.

Flat breads and pizzas, with toppings including BBQ pulled pork and spicy chorizo sausage, will be on the menu as the Benugo team will be installing a wood-fired oven following the PATH-designed refurb.
