Top Italian chefs to cook Identita London dinner at Harrods

Harrods will host the dinner for this year's Identita London event which will see seven top Italian chefs with 13 Michelin stars between them cooking a meal at the London department store.

Each of the seven chefs, including Davide Scabin, Massimo Bottura and brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea, will create a dish for the seven-course lunch which will take place in the Georgian restaurant during the afternoon of Sunday 28 April.

The dinner marks the latest London gathering of the international chefs' congress Identita Golose. The seven chefs and their guests will take part in an informal culinary discussion during the lunch.

Harrods has hosted a number of dining events, pop-ups and launches in recent years and Paul Goodale, director of restaurants and kitchens at the Knightsbridge store, said this dinner would help cement the dining reputation of Harrods.

"We are delighted to be bringing this rare culinary event to Harrods, and to welcome these exceptionally talented chefs to London for what is sure to be an unforgettable experience," he said.
