Revere will launch The Angel & Blue Pig in Lymington, Hampshire, in mid-March following a refurb transforming the venue formerly known as The Angel into a modern, 12-bedroom coaching inn.
The Marston's-owned operator was created last year and is led by managing director Colin Sadler who also heads up the management team of two of the Wolverhampton-based company's other brands - Pitcher & Piano and Bluu bars.
Ten pubs will be under Revere's control by the end of this year and Sadler revealed a rooms business would be at the heart of a large number of the independently-branded sites.
"Marston's owns 2,000 sites and within this we believed that there were some that were capable of being 'premiumised' with a more independent style, so we transferred 10 pubs to the Revere Pub Company.
"We plan to open seven pubs with rooms, with a total of 88 bedrooms," he added.

The refurb of the Hampshire property will retain its original 13th century key features but will also add a number of modern design aspects to the rooms to take the quality up to the level expected in a hotel.
Contemporary décor, bespoke furniture, luxury linen, flat screen TVs and complementary Wi-Fi will all feature.
“The Angel & Blue Pig is our first pub with rooms and an important step in our growing portfolio," Sadler said. "The coaching inn concept allows us to offer quality food, drink and accommodation under one roof, whilst retaining the pub’s identity," he added.
A premium food and drinks offer is at the heart of the Revere brand and the menu at the new pub will feature regularly changing, seasonal dishes, many using a Josper charcoal grill. The drinks on offer will include the pub's own ale as well as a range of local beers and a large wine list.
Revere is the latest company to make a commitment to pub accommodation as part of a business plan - leading operator JD Wetherspoon will open its new pub and hotel in Beccles, Suffolk, next week.
