Training provider The Luxury Academy has launched a new course for hotel staff that is designed to enhance service and elevate standards within luxury hotels. 

Product details:

The Hotel Finishing School is the latest course from specialist training provider Luxury Academy and is aimed at front-of-house staff working at independently-owned four and five star hotels. The half-day course, which describes itself as 'a cross between the Swiss finishing school of the 19th​ century and a charm school', covers topics such as grooming and personal presentation and use of small talk and language when interacting with guests and is designed to enhance service and elevate standards.

USP:​ 

The Luxury Academy was founded last year by Paul Russell, who has 20 years hotel management experience working for a number of hotel companies such as Ritz Carlton, Renaissance and Marriott. He decided to design courses that could help independent hotels train staff in a range of areas and is already a training partner to the ten out of ten management development programme. 

Price: 

£350 per person for a half-day course (based on individual membership). There are concessions for members.
