Nyfred has launched Toastech, a new toaster for the catering and foodservice industries which can continuously deliver a slice of toast every 25 seconds.

Product details:

As well as having a reduced operating time, Toastech cuts costs by saving on energy bills, using special carbon fibre heating elements that energise to full output in just 1.5 seconds reducing energy wasted after the initial start-up period.

Heating elements are only activated when a slice of bread passes under its special infra-red sensors. Advanced aerodynamics pre-warm the toast to further speed toasting time and save energy. A ‘sleep mode’ also ensures energy isn’t wasted when the machine stands idle between customers.

USP:

Nyfred believes its commercial toaster is ‘faster, more energy efficient and more durable’ than the traditional conveyor toaster.

Additionally, the Toastech carbon fibre heating elements have a guaranteed life span of 2000 hours and can be easily replaced on-site, helping to reduce service and maintenance costs.

Cost:

List price of the unit is £860.

Availability:

The Toastech is available now and orders can be placed by calling 01403 333727 or 07814 908112.

Why you should by it:

Nyfred Operations Manager, Ian Stansfield said: “The hospitality and leisure industry demands daily reliability and consistent standards, whilst the customer demands superior performance.

“Toastech not only fulfils these requirements but also offers significant improvements in speed of service together with lower operating costs.”
