USP:
A spokesperson for ANSCO Foods UK said: “Some of the characteristics which make Angel Bay stand out from the crowd are first and foremost its taste and also the home-style appearance, which appeals to those of us who don't like the entirely uniform look of something that has been churned out and massed produced by a factory.
“Angel Bay looks like it has been lovingly made in your own kitchen and it's so convincing that many chefs worldwide are happily passing Angel Bay burgers off as their own.”
Cost: ANZCO Foods are unable to quote a specific price for the product but have advised that all enquiries are directed to them at their stand at The Restaurant Show this week (stand B69)
Why you should by it: The ANZCO Foods spokesperson added: "With Angel Bay burgers, you can get a gourmet result without the expertise. For a restaurant, if you've got a lot of tables, or for a hotel if you've got a room service, this range allows you to give a constant supply.
"It can be cooked by any chef and you'll get a a good quality product every time. We'll churn out a consistent product no matter who's cooking it."
Additional information:
The Angel Bay range also includes 15g beef meatballs; 24g beef bites; and 50g spicy beef chevaps, which are all being exhibited on stand B69 of The Restaurant Show.
