Rowley, whose family owns the Lindum Hotel in Lytham St Annes, will officially open a 110-cover restaurant under the name of Rowley's at the new 72-bedroom hotel and conference centre in the football ground's south stand on 26 July.
The chef, who also runs his own contract catering business, has devised a British menu with an 'international twist' for the restaurant, which will be open to residents, non-residents and match-goers.
"We are delighted to be working with Blackpool Football Club and having been engaged to provide all the catering services in the new hotel – it is a real honour and we look forward to welcoming all our new guests very soon," said Rowley.
“We will be introducing some really innovative and new food ideas for fans over the coming months and one of our first aims is to develop the Seasiders Bar as a regular venue for locals outside of match days”.
Football hotel
The four-star hotel, which has been built by and will also be operated by Blackpool FC's owners the Oyston family, includes a gym, spa and 14 hospitality boxes.
"It represents a huge investment for the club and we are delighted to welcome Paul and his team on board," said club chairman Karl Oyston. "He is a local guy who came very highly recommended and we had no hesitation in wanting to work with him on this fantastic project."
Blackpool FC Hotel and Conference Centre is one of just a handful of hotels built within football grounds and will join Chelsea, Reading and Bolton clubs in offering the facility.
"The hotel will provide lots of additional jobs for local people and demonstrates our continual commitment to the growth and development of the club and the town," added Oyston.
