The new food blender cooks by induction and can fry, boil, grate, chop and mash ingredients for a number of recipes in professional kitchens.
Chefs can use The Taurus Mycook to make dough and cake mixtures, cut vegetables, create emulsions, braise meat for stews and create soups and sauces. The required final consistency can be selected for each of the kitchen processes it combines.
As well as being able to boil quickly via induction and lower to a simmer, the continuous stirring paddle and an inbuilt timer allows chefs to programme the machine to work while they move on to other things in the kitchen.
USP:
The machine has 10 speed settings including a turbo or pulse setting and soups can be blended to chinois consistency removing the need for the use of extra kitchen utensils.
