Craft Guild of Chefs reveals finalists for 2012 Awards
An elite line-up of judges have whittled down the competition for 16 awards in total – 14 open to nominations and two in the hands of a special team of Craft Guild member judges.
The committee wil decide upon the Special Award, presented to the person that has made ‘an enournous contribution’ to the industry, and the New Restaurant of the Year Award.
Last year’s winners included Rebecca Marshman of Hilton Park Lane (Apprentice Chef Award), Karunesh Khanna of Amaya (Ethnic Chef Award) and Lisa Allen of Northcote Manor (Restaurant Chef Award). This year’s winners will be unveiled at the awards ceremony on Wednesday June 13 at Wembley Stadium.
