Lotus Professional launches NexxStyle air-cushioned napkin range
The NexxStyle napkins use glue-embossing and point-to-point technology to provide greater thickness and absorption than found in a standard napkin. This technology gives an ‘air cushion’ effect which also provides greater absorption, structure and rigidity to the napkins making them easier to fold decoratively
The napkin range comes in a choice of six colours with an embossed chequered pattern allowing users to choose a style to suit their venue.
Emma Nourry, trade marketing manager at Georgia-Pacific said the napkins could be used by a range of outlets including casual dining establishments or hotels.
“The range provides a practical and functional solution to a venue, as well as high quality to the user. The options to customise, both with print and the range of colours, provide an extensive choice to help enhance the overall dining experience and keep customers coming back for more,” she said.
Pre-folded
The white NexxStyle napkins are also available in an eight-fold format and are delivered pre-folded, so venue staff can save time when setting up. Georgia Pacific said the pre-folded feature also provides hygiene benefits as staff do not handle the napkin for folding.
The range can be customised as a unique design in up to four colours can be added to the napkins to represent a change in offer or promotional campaign.
All the NexxStyle napkins and the printing inks used are food contact certified and the white napkins are EU Ecolabel certified which is used by the European Union to promote products with a reduced environmental impact.
