Mövenpick Ice Cream is extending its range with the launch of two new products - Fior di Latte Ice Cream and Apricot Sorbet.

As with the complete Mövenpick range, the Fior di Latte Ice Cream and Apricot Sorbet are free from artificial additives, flavours and colours and are suitable for vegetartians. Both products are available in 2.4 litre tubs from wholesalers nationwide from March.

Fior di Latte

Fior di Latte is a 51 per cent whole milk ice-cream made with whole Swiss milk. It can be used as a base for gourmet desserts, giving chefs the flexibility to add a range of flavours and ingredients.

”Swiss milk is renowned for its unique creaminess and the subtle taste of Fior di Latte gives chefs the freedom to create new combinations of ingredients and flavours,” said Julia Jones, head of customer marketing at Mövenpick Ice Cream.

Apricot Sorbet

Mövenpick has also launched the eighth addition to its line of 99 per cent fat-free sorbets with Apricot, a combination of apricot sorbet and Bergeron apricot pieces from France.

“With the Summer months approaching, refreshing fruit-flavoured desserts really come into their own and sorbets make an appealing option for those looking for a light after-dinner option,” added Julia.

Mövenpick also has a recipe booklet with serving suggestions for both of the new products. The booklet is available free by emailingradhvevrf.zbriracvpx@hx.arfgyr.pbz.
