Marco Pierre White recruiting restaurant couples for new Channel 5 TV Show
The broadcaster has teamed up with the chef and businessman for the new programme which aims to celebrate the best independent restaurants in the country by testing the culinary skills and teamwork of any teams of two who run a business together.
The pairs can be married, related, business partners or just friends and Channel 5 says they can be running any eatery from a fine dining establishment or hotel restaurant to a café or pub.
Full details including which, if any, of Marco Pierre White's sites might be used for the series and any prizes have not yet been revealed.

Last week it was announced that the chef had acquired two new pubs that were previously part of the Merchant Inns portfolio. The Carnarvon Arms in Newbury will be re-opened under the Wheeler’s brand and the Black Boy Inn in Banbury, Oxfordshire has also been bought.
In a video interview for BigHospitality last year, Marco Pierre White said running pubs had given him the chance to operate restaurants with regulars and a more community focus.
Couples who think they have what it takes to impress Marco Pierre White in the series have been invited to apply to Channel 5 for an application form.
For an application form anyone interested in applying should email erfgnhenag@svir.gi with their names, the name of their restaurant and a daytime telephone number or call Channel 5 on 0207 308 5454.
