With clients already including Adobe Hotels and Michael Caines’ restaurants, SurveyMe enables guests to give feedback from their phone, which in turn allows for the hotel or restaurant to improve in certain areas or reward consumers for their help.
Cost-effective solution
Steve Edwards, head of group service manager at Abode Hotels, said: “The best thing about SurveyMe is that it can be downloaded to the customers’ smartphone and linked to our website, whereas previous solutions meant the customer had to fill in the survey on a handset whilst on our hotel premises.
“It’s a very cost-effective solution to deploy and we get valuable real-time feedback on our customers experience from any hotel department that uses SurveyMe.”
Around 1,000 people are already actively using SurveyMe to give feedback and this is growing at 35% a month.
“We’re currently implementing Survey Me across our Exeter, Manchester, Canterbury and Chester hotels as a starting point,” added Edwards. “I fully expect that it will provide us with a comprehensive snapshot of customer service across the group and the opportunity to analyse the data in order to address any issues and ultimately delight our customers.”
Maximum exposure
Lee Evans, managing director of SurveyMe, added: “To have businesses like Abode implementing SurveyMe for gaining real-time customer feedback across its portfolio is an exciting partnership to be involved in.
“Thirty-five percent of adults in the UK own a smartphone and SurveyMe is compatible across all devices so businesses that use the software have maximum exposure to their customers."
