Radisson Edwardian Canary Wharf put up for sale

The 4-star Radisson Edwardian hotel in London’s Canary Wharf has been put up for sale.

The 196-bedroom hotel, built in 2007, is being marketed at a guide price of over £37.5m by property consultants CBRE Hotels on behalf of The Ballymore group.

Radisson Edwardian New Providence Wharf, London, which is currently operated under a management contract with Edwardian Hotels, is said to be well positioned to benefit from the upcoming London Olympics.

The property “is situated on the banks of the River Thames and close to The O2 Arena, ExCel Centre and London City Airport. All of which generate strong leisure business for the hotel,” said CBRE.

The hotel is being offered freehold subject to a management contract with Edwardian Hotels.
