Hakkasan, Zuma, Nahm, Le Gavroche, Bar Boulud and Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley all failed to reach the official list, but continued to represent the UK on the 51-100 count down.
Many restaurants that dropped off the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list this year, including Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry in California, didn’t fall very far.
